Webull Corporation has announced record-breaking financial results for the second quarter of 2026, powered by a significant surge in trading activity following a pivotal U.S. regulatory change. The digital investment platform reported unprecedented revenue and profit figures, underscoring its rapid growth and strategic positioning within the competitive fintech landscape. The company achieved record quarterly revenue of $198.8 million, representing a substantial 51% increase compared to the same period last year and a 24% sequential rise. This performance was directly attributed to record trading volumes, which management linked to the firm's swift adaptation to the Securities and Exchange Commission's elimination of the Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rule on June 4. "Our advanced technology platform enabled eligible customers to fully leverage the new trading environment from day one," stated Anthony Denier, Group President and U.S. CEO. The platform's timely deployment of enhanced active trader functionality catalyzed heightened customer engagement and asset growth during the quarter. Financially, the results revealed robust profitability and operating leverage. Adjusted operating profit reached $62.6 million, yielding a strong operating margin of 31.5%. Adjusted net income for the quarter stood at $43.2 million. "These results demonstrate the operating leverage inherent in our platform and the potential for further margin expansion," remarked H.C. Wang, Chief Financial Officer of Webull. The company also highlighted progress on its 2026 strategic roadmap, including the launch of its new AI-powered research tool, Vega Analyst, and continued scaling of its institutional and international business segments. Operating a global network of licensed brokerages across 18 markets in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, Webull now serves more than 28 million registered users. The firm provides access to a wide array of asset classes, including stocks, ETFs, options, and digital assets. As it capitalizes on post-regulatory shifts and invests in technology, Webull is solidifying its stance as a leading platform for active traders seeking comprehensive global market access. The company will host an investor conference call to discuss these results in further detail.
